- Facility licence with the DHA or DoH, checked against the register rather than taken on trust.
- Licence of the practitioner who would treat you, checked by name, licences are individual, not just the clinic's.
- Five years of practice in the UAE, with no recent change of legal entity.

Competence on your exact procedure
- Five hundred procedures minimum on the treatment you asked about, not on the speciality in general.
- The practitioner performs that procedure at least weekly.
- Equipment and technology declared, then verified on site.

Commercial transparency

No. A list puts the work back on you, which is the hard part in the first place. We send you the clinic that fits your case, and if it is not right we look again.
Can a clinic pay to be recommended?
No. Clinics pay us the same fee on the same basis when we introduce a patient, so paying more changes nothing. Send the wrong patient to the wrong clinic and we lose both sides at once, which is the whole business in one sentence.
