Draft — not legal advice.

This page is a starting point written to describe how the service actually works. It must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch, and completed with the operating company’s legal name, address and data-protection contact.

What Danapicks is

Danapicks introduces patients to clinics. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not employ the doctors you may be introduced to, and we do not carry out treatments.

We do not give medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Whether a treatment is right for you is a decision for you and a qualified clinician. Always speak to a doctor before committing to a procedure.

About the clinics we show you

We check what we reasonably can — registration, accreditation, and that a clinic performs the treatment you asked about. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any treatment, and your agreement for treatment is with the clinic, not with us.

Prices shown are indications given to us by clinics. Your actual quote comes from the clinic after it has assessed your case.

How we are paid

Matching is free for patients. Partner clinics pay us a fee when we introduce a patient. Every partner is paid for on the same basis, and what a clinic pays does not change whether we recommend it.

Dana’s Pick

Dana’s Pick is our own editorial view of which clinic we would suggest first in a category. It is an opinion, not a guarantee, and it cannot be bought.

Using this site

Give us accurate information — we pass it to clinics so they can respond to you properly. Do not use the site to submit other people’s details without their permission.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the matching service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the treatment you receive from a clinic.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.
