What Dana Picks is
We introduce patients to clinics in the United Arab Emirates. We are not a healthcare provider. We do not employ the practitioners you may be introduced to, we do not carry out treatments, and your agreement for treatment is with the clinic rather than with us.
We do not give medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Whether a treatment is right for you is a decision for you and a qualified clinician who has examined you. The guides on this site explain how to choose a clinic, not which treatment to have.
About the clinics we introduce
Before a clinic joins the network we check what can be checked: the facility licence and the practitioner licence against the register of the authority that issued them, how much of your procedure they do, that quotes are itemised in writing, and what their policy is on revisions and follow-up. We re-run those checks every 6 months.
Checking is not a guarantee. We cannot promise the outcome of any treatment, and we are not responsible for the care a clinic provides. If something goes wrong, tell us: we will help you raise it, and a clinic that drops below the bar leaves the network.
We publish no treatment prices. Any figure you are quoted comes from the clinic after it has assessed your case.
How we are paid
Matching is free for patients and always will be. Nothing is added to your bill at the clinic. Partner clinics pay us a fee when we introduce a patient, on the same basis for every partner, so what a clinic pays cannot change whether it is chosen.
Using this site
Give us accurate information, because we pass it to the clinic so they can respond to you properly. Do not submit someone else’s details without their permission. The content and design of this site belong to us; please do not copy them.
Liability
We are responsible for providing the matching service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the treatment you receive from a clinic, for a clinic’s own acts or omissions, or for any agreement you enter into with a clinic. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, UAE, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
