What's covered

Every part of longevity & advanced diagnostics

Tell us which of these you're considering and we'll shortlist clinics that actually perform it.

  • Full diagnostic baseline

Extensive blood panel, metabolic and hormonal screening, body composition and cardiovascular assessment. Everything downstream depends on this being thorough.

    From €1,200

  • Advanced imaging

Whole-body MRI, coronary calcium scoring and similar. Useful, but they also find harmless anomalies — ask how a clinic handles incidental findings.

    From €1,500

  • Genetic and epigenetic screening

Risk markers and biological-age estimates. Interpretation matters far more than the test; a result without a physician reading it is a number, not information.

    From €600

  • Hormone assessment and therapy

Thyroid, adrenal and sex hormone panels, with physician-supervised correction where the numbers justify it.

    From €800

  • Medical weight management

Physician-supervised programmes combining metabolic testing, nutrition and — where clinically indicated and prescribed — modern pharmacological treatment, with monitoring throughout.

    From €1,000

  • Cardiometabolic and sleep assessment

Continuous glucose monitoring, lipid subfractions, sleep studies. The measures that most often change day-to-day behaviour.

    From €500

  • IV nutrient and recovery therapies

Infusions, hyperbaric oxygen, cryotherapy and red-light therapy. Evidence varies a great deal by treatment — expect a clinic to be straight about which is which.

    From €200

Where it's done well

The destinations worth considering

Each has a different trade-off between price, travel and how easy follow-up is.

  • Dubai, UAE

The densest cluster of dedicated longevity centres, several hospital-integrated.

  • Switzerland

The established premium end, with the prices to match.

  • Spain

Preventive-medicine clinics at a fraction of Swiss pricing.

  • Türkiye

Large diagnostic hospitals offering full check-up programmes at low cost.

What we check

The questions you shouldn’t have to know to ask

Most of what separates a good outcome from a bad one is settled before you travel, in details a first-time patient has no reason to think of.

  • The clinic is registered and licensed in its country, and we have seen the paperwork.

  • The doctor who would treat you is named, licensed, and actually performs this procedure.

  • The quote states what is included and what is not, so two clinics can be compared side by side.

  • That a licensed physician interprets the results and remains responsible for the plan.

  • Which treatments are evidence-backed and which are experimental — and that the clinic will say so plainly.

  • What happens to your genetic and health data, where it is stored, and who else can access it.

  • Whether follow-up testing is included, since a baseline with no second measurement proves nothing.

Questions

What people ask us about this

Is any of this actually proven?

It varies enormously within a single clinic's menu. Comprehensive diagnostics, hormone correction where indicated and supervised weight management rest on solid ground. Several add-on therapies are far more speculative. A clinic worth using will draw that line for you unprompted.

What does a programme involve?

Typically two to four days of testing, then a consultation where the results are explained and a plan is set, then remote follow-up with repeat testing after six to twelve months.

Why Dubai?

It has the highest concentration of purpose-built longevity centres, several attached to hospitals, and it is well connected. Switzerland offers something similar at roughly double the price.

Can this replace my own doctor?

No. These are preventive programmes, not primary care, and results should go to whoever manages your health at home. We are a matching service and give no medical advice at all.
