A success rate means nothing
until you know whose it is.

We help you ask the questions that turn a headline percentage into something that applies to you.

Free. No obligation. Your details go to one clinic only, and only once you say yes.

Every clinic in the network clears the same bar.

The options

What each one actually involves

Described, not ranked. Which one suits you is a clinical decision, and it belongs to the practitioner who examines you.

  • Fertility assessment

Hormone testing, ultrasound and semen analysis. The step that decides everything after it, and often skipped in the rush to treatment.

  • Ovulation induction and IUI

Less intensive routes tried before IVF in some situations.

  • IVF

Eggs collected, fertilised in the laboratory, an embryo transferred. What differs most between clinics is the laboratory, not the technique.

  • ICSI

A single sperm injected directly into an egg. Standard where male-factor infertility is involved.

  • Freezing

Eggs or embryos stored for later. Priced per cycle plus annual storage — ask for both figures.

What to ask

What separates one clinic from another here

Take these with you. A practice that answers them without hesitating is telling you something a website never will.

  • 01

    How success is reported

What is your live birth rate per embryo transfer, by age band, for the most recent complete year?

  • 02

    The laboratory

Is the embryology laboratory on site, and who runs it? The lab matters more than anything else here.

  • 03

    What the package covers

What does the cycle price include, and what is billed separately — medication, freezing, testing?

  • 04

    Continuity

Will I see the same doctor through the whole cycle, or whoever is on that day?

  • 05

    Support

Is counselling offered, and is it included?

How we match you

What a search cannot do for you

  • We know what a quote leaves out

What gets billed on top is the biggest source of unpleasant surprises, and it only becomes visible once you have read a great many quotes.

  • We filter on things you cannot search for

The practitioner's language, their gender, instalment plans, insurance handling, how closely you are guided. No search engine indexes any of it.

  • We stay after the introduction

A search ends at the click. Dana is still answering three weeks later.

The journey

What Dana does at every step

A search ends at the click. This is the part that carries on afterwards.

  1. Day 0, after the quiz

    Your match is confirmed

Dana confirms the match, explains why this clinic, and sends the slot.

  2. Day 0

    Before you go in

A preparation sheet built from your answers: the questions worth asking in consultation.

  3. Day 1

    Consultation booked

If the clinic has not come back within 24 hours, Dana chases them, then looks again.

  4. After the consultation

    You receive a quote

Send it to Dana. You get told what is missing against what is normally quoted, and what usually gets billed on top.

  5. Before the procedure

    Scheduling and preparation

Reminders, a preparation checklist, and help with the insurance paperwork.

  6. Day 1, 7 and 30

    Recovery and check-ups

Dana checks in, and reminds you about the follow-up appointments.

  7. Any time

    Language

If the consultation did not happen in your language, Dana relays.

  8. Any time

    Second opinion

Ask, and we arrange one at another clinic in the network.

Dana handles logistics, preparation and follow-up. She gives no clinical advice, no diagnosis and no interpretation of results — every medical question goes to your clinic.

Is this right for you?

Where you stand today

This usually works well if…

  • You have been trying for a year, or six months if you are over 35, and want to know why.
  • You have had testing elsewhere and want the results explained properly.
  • You are planning ahead and want to understand your options before you need them.
  • You have had a cycle that did not work and want a second view on the plan.

You’ll want a proper assessment first if…

  • Neither partner has been tested yet — assessment comes before any treatment plan is worth discussing.
  • You have an untreated condition such as endometriosis or thyroid disease, which is addressed first.
  • You have had recurrent miscarriage, which points to a different investigation than a standard workup.

What recovery actually looks like

A cycle runs roughly two to three weeks of injections and monitoring, then collection under sedation and a short recovery, then transfer. Most people work throughout. The demanding part is rarely physical.

How it went for other people

Questions

What people ask us about this

Can I trust the success rates I see advertised?

Treat a single headline number with suspicion. Ask for live birth rate per embryo transfer, split by age band, for the most recent complete year. A clinic that will not break it down that way is choosing not to.

What does a cycle really cost?

The advertised figure is rarely the total. Medication commonly adds a substantial amount, and freezing, storage and genetic testing more. Ask for an all-in figure for your specific plan.

How many cycles will it take?

Nobody can tell you before testing, and anyone who does is not being straight with you. Cumulative chances over three cycles are the honest way to look at it.

What are the rules in the UAE?

Assisted reproduction here is legally restricted, including who may be treated and what may be done with gametes and embryos. A clinic will confirm what applies to your situation at the first appointment.
